I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the room. The bathroom had a strange odor upon arrival, which didn't improve . The air conditioning was either too hot or too cold. Despite raising these issues, the staff were not very responsive, leaving me feeling frustrated.

my room was tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. having a hairdryer, a bidet, and a walk-in shower was a bonus. it was in a central location, pretty close to the metro station.

It has a particularly good location close to great restaurants, Easy to get a taxi and the Cab/Metro. Overall the room is comfy, fine and includes a safe box, central heating, and an iron. Offers thoughtful service and nice food...

Clean room, helpful staff, with a very convenient location just a short walk from nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Everything was well-maintained, and the breakfast options were diverse and satisfying.

It was all perfect.

Units with a double near by for kids. Central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen TV available were an advantage. Decent central location close enough to train station and Holiday Inn Shanghai Vista and the airport. The hotel staff was efficient and amicable.

The swimming pool was hella fun, and the robot couriers delivering food added a fun touch to our stay!

I was blown away by the breakfast spread that felt mad really like a culinary adventure with both Western and Eastern delights. The room was spacious and kept my back happier than when I arrived, sleep quality on point! Plus, the indoor swimming pool was such a blast to unwind after exploring. Just pure relaxation!

The pillows , they have a firm pillow which was nice. Also the shower gel has a nice fragrance.

The swimming pool and changing room smell of urine!!! The changing rooms for the gym and swimming pool has a very strong odour of URINE. You will not feel clean using this hotels facilities. This is an obviously inability to clean.

The bathroom had occasional whiffs of cigarette smoke, likely due to the hotel's ventilation issues. The swimming pool experience was muddled by overzealous rules demanding swimming caps, which they tried to sell at an unreasonable price, impacting enjoyment.

The fitness center had all the necessary equipment for a productive workout, and the breakfast featured a variety of options, including fresh fruit and made-to-order dishes, perfect for a busy morning.

The room was spacious with a tv, a minibar, and a great shower with a bathtub. I loved the fitness center and the indoor swimming pool that was open late. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options like fresh fruit and pastries. Location was super convenient, close to the subway and shopping centers.
